They have a great section dedicated to the (CEF) or Combat Effectiveness Factor for various ships used within our hobby.

The NEDF is the leading warship club in New England battling to the
IR/CWCC rules. The NEDF draws battlers from, MA, VT, NH, ME, RI, NY, NJ, and CT.
   North Atlantic Battle Squadron (NABS), N.S. Canada
Canada's maritime provinces, specifically Nova Scotia, have their group of R/C Warship Combat fanatics.

   Belcamp Shipyards  (Belcamp, Maryland)
